Terms of Use

These terms govern use of this website, operated by Hong Kong Catcher Technology Co., Limited ("ClawChampion", "we", "us"). The App's in-App service agreement and the applicable App Store or Google Play purchase terms may also apply when you use or purchase through the App. Current room instructions and displayed GP costs should be checked in the App before play.

The service described here

ClawChampion lets users remotely control real arcade machines through live video. Availability, controls, GP costs and features can vary by room, version and location. A live stream or control response can be interrupted or delayed; this website does not guarantee uninterrupted access or any particular game result.

GP, purchases and rewards

GP is an in-App play unit. In the current version, GP cannot be exchanged for cash or physical prizes, and current gameplay does not offer physical-prize shipping. XP, rankings and other in-App rewards are governed by the rules displayed for the relevant feature. We do not promise a win or a particular return from any play or purchase.

Check the price, package contents and any recurring terms shown in the App and by the relevant store before confirming a purchase. Payment, cancellation and refund requests are handled under the applicable platform rules and law. Contact support if a purchase or GP credit appears incorrect.

Game faults and support

If video freezes, controls do not respond, or GP appears missing, stop repeated inputs and contact customerservice@clawchampion.com. Include your in-App UID, room or machine name, approximate time and time zone, the action taken, and any relevant screenshot or recording. We review the available game and support records before deciding how to resolve a case; a reported issue alone does not establish the result of a particular game.

Accounts and fair use

Keep your account access secure. Do not interfere with the website or App, automate gameplay in violation of displayed rules, attempt to exploit faults, or submit knowingly false claims. We may restrict misuse or security threats, subject to applicable law and a reasonable review of the facts. Users who need help with an account or restriction may contact support.

Use the service only where permitted by applicable law and the App's availability and age requirements. Parents or guardians should supervise minors' use where required.

Earlier physical-prize activity

Earlier versions offered physical-prize shipping. The current no-shipping rule does not, by itself, decide the status of an earlier order or remove any rights or obligations attached to it. For an earlier order, contact support with the relevant details.

Website text, images, video and branding are provided for information about ClawChampion and may not be copied or used deceptively. External services linked from this site have their own terms and policies. Our handling of website information is described in the Website Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact
