Are ClawChampion's coin pushers real machines? ⌄

Yes. Your phone sends controls to physical arcade machines, and the live room video shows the machine. The app may add digital interface elements. Learn how this differs from a virtual coin pusher.

How do I log in to ClawChampion? ⌄

You can log in via Guest Login, Gmail Email Registration Login, or Social Account Login.

How do I play the coin pusher? ⌄

After inserting coins, push forward to drop more coins. Dropped coins are added directly to your GP balance.

How do I play arcade games? ⌄

Enter an arcade room and follow the room instructions. Read the instructions before starting.

Unable to log in — what should I do? ⌄

Check your network and ensure you have the latest version installed. If issues persist, try reinstalling the app. For help, email: customerservice@clawchampion.com

In-game controls or lag issues? ⌄

If there is lag or missing buttons, use the in-room Fault button. If you believe there was GP loss, contact support with proof.

How do I get GP? ⌄

GP is the in-app play unit. Check the current app for ways to obtain GP, prices, and any available promotions.

Does ClawChampion currently ship physical prizes? ⌄

No. Earlier versions offered prize shipping, but current ClawChampion gameplay does not offer physical-prize shipping. For a question about an older prize or order, contact customer service with the relevant details.

Can GP be exchanged for cash or physical prizes? ⌄

No. In the current version, GP is an in-app play unit and cannot be exchanged for cash or physical prizes. Check each room in the app for its current GP cost and rules.
