Information handled on this website

• Visits and technical data. The website and its service providers may receive your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and request or diagnostic data when the site loads.
• Analytics and embedded support. The homepage loads Google Tag Manager and a Chatbase support widget. These services may receive technical and usage information even before you send a support message. If you use the widget, the text and files you submit are processed to answer and review your request.
• Messages you choose to send. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and attachments. If you choose the WhatsApp link, you leave this site and communicate through WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy practices.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information through a support message.

Why we use it

We use this information to deliver and secure the website, understand and improve its operation, respond to support requests, investigate reported faults or abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. When you report a game issue, we may ask for your in-App UID, room, time and relevant evidence so the case can be checked against the correct game record.

Service providers and other sites

Hosting and network providers help serve and protect the site. Google Tag Manager supports website measurement. Chatbase provides the AI support widget. Those providers process information under their own services and applicable agreements. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect users and the service. We do not publish private support conversations.

External links, including App Store, Google Play, Discord and WhatsApp, lead to services with their own privacy practices. The Chatbase privacy policy explains its service in more detail. Depending on the service and your location, information may be processed outside your country.

Your choices and requests

You can use browser settings to limit cookies or other site storage, although some functions may not work as expected. You may ask us about access, correction or deletion of information associated with a website support request by emailing customerservice@clawchampion.com. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information and may retain records when required by law or necessary to resolve an existing dispute.

For an App account deletion request, use the account deletion page or the option provided in the App.

Retention and security

Retention depends on the record and its purpose. Support correspondence may be kept after a case closes for follow-up, security, dispute handling or legal obligations. You may request deletion using the contact details above; we will review the request and explain any retention that remains required. Hosting, analytics and support providers may retain technical records according to their own policies. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Earlier physical-prize activity

Earlier ClawChampion versions offered physical-prize shipping. Current gameplay does not offer new physical-prize shipping, and current GP cannot be exchanged for cash or physical prizes. References to shipping in an older App notice do not describe a current prize offer. If you supplied a delivery address for an earlier order and have a question about that record or its deletion, contact us at the support address above. This website policy does not determine the status of any earlier order.
